The present invention relates to a device for generating active hydrogen and oxygen water using a rotating magnetic field, and more specifically, to a device for generating active hydrogen and oxygen water using a rotating magnetic field which is capable of producing oxygen water/hydrogen water, and enables a user to drink the produced oxygen water/hydrogen water. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device for generating active hydrogen and oxygen water using a rotating magnetic field which produces reduced hydrogen water easily absorbed into the body of a human being to help maintain a healthier life of the human being in the modern medical science of the body. A device for generating active hydrogen and oxygen water using a rotating magnetic field according to the present invention is characterized in that the hydrogen water or the oxygen water is produced by selecting hydrogen water or oxygen water to be produced after putting an object to be treated on a device for generating a rotating magnetic line of force including a core as rotating magnetic field generating units which are disposed to be spaced apart from each other in a predetermined distance.
