The present invention relates to an improved synchronizer ring. The synchronizer ring (10) for synchronous manual transmission is specifically manufactured by molding a flat metal; has a cone shaped friction surface (20) generated thereon; integrates an axial groove (24) by a chipless machining process; and moves a tool in an axial direction against the friction surface (20) by generating a final friction surface (20). At least the friction surface (20) is vibrated, grounded, and processed to be hardened.
