According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an apparatus for reducing noxious gas. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for reducing noxious gas is mounted in a suction pipe of a combustion engine, is arranged to be in contact with air flowing inside the suction pipe toward the combustion engine, and has a separation film reducing oxygen concentration of air sucked into the combustion engine. Moreover, the separation film may be an ion transport membrane, wherein an oxygen molecule is adsorbed onto and dissociated from a surface of the film to move within the film in a state of an oxygen ion, thereby being left to an oxygen molecule again at a side opposite to the film.
