PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for kneading a rubber composition, in the kneading of a rubber composition including an epoxidation natural rubber in the rubber components, capable of improving the dispersion of carbon black, and a method for producing a pneumatic tire for producing a pneumatic tire in which tear resistant performance is sufficiently secured using the rubber composition.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for kneading a rubber composition containing epoxidation natural rubber in the rubber components, comprising: a first kneading step where the rubber component other than the epoxidation natural rubber and carbon black are kneaded to produce a kneaded matter 1; a second kneading step where the kneaded matter 2 obtained in the first kneading step and the epoxidation natural rubber are kneaded to produce a kneaded matter 2; and a finish kneading step where the kneaded matter 2 obtained in the second kneading step, sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator are kneaded to produce a rubber composition. Also provided is a method for kneading a rubber composition in which the rubber components are composed of an epoxidation natural rubber and a natural rubber.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
