The present invention provides a smart device for producing a gap zipper by using a zipper teeth counter sensor and by automatically adjusting a gap interval. Since a conventional device for producing a gap zipper continuously and optionally mounts zipper teeth on a zipper tape through a particular pitch, the number of zipper teeth and gap intervals deviates from a set value. Since there is not a device for accurately sensing the number of zipper teeth and gap intervals, defection in a product deviating from a set zipper value often occurs. Also, it is difficult to adjust the number of zipper teeth and gap intervals in one device through an after-method corresponding to another usage purpose and utilization. To this end, the smart device for producing a gap zipper by using a zipper teeth counter sensor and by automatically adjusting a gap interval according to the present invention comprises: a body (100); a zipper teeth counter sensor unit (200); a zipper teeth mold module (300); a zipper tape supply module (400); a gap zipper cocking module (500); an automatic gap interval adjusting module (600); and a PLC control module (700). The number of zipper teeth and gap intervals can be accurately sensed through the zipper teeth counter sensor unit, so a product defective rate can be reduced to 70% compared to conventional times. The number of zipper teeth and gap intervals can be adjusted at 1:1 corresponding to a usage purpose and utilization of a gap zipper, so excellent compatibility and applicability are ensured. Gap intervals can be automatically adjusted through a continuous operation of holding and releasing a zipper teeth cocking gear through solenoid magnetic power of the automatic gap interval adjusting module, so a gap zipper can be continuously formed in a line sequentially with a first unidirectional zipper, a gap interval, and a second unidirectional zipper. Thus, a good quality gap zipper which is 80% improved than a conventional gap zipper can be produced. |
