摘要 The present invention provides a hybrid-type zipper contaminant cleaner module. During a conventional procedure of producing a unidirectional zipper and a completed zipper, contaminants are fed in zipper teeth and tapes, and the contaminants affects a post-process device in a grinding process and a coating process, so defection in a product which has an irregularly ground surface or defection in a product which is not coated well often occurs. Also, there is not a device for fundamentally removing and preventing contamination sources even when a position in which contamination sources are gathered and frequently occur during an overall zipper processing process is found, and thus contaminants on zipper teeth and completed zippers should be manually removed, so a work speed is slow and industrial safety accidents often occur due to contaminants. To this end, the hybrid-type zipper contaminant cleaner module comprises: a module body (100); an upper contaminant removing unit (200); a lower contaminant removing unit (300); and a wing screw bolt (400). The hybrid-type zipper contaminant cleaner module can be installed in an attached and detached structure by being compatible with a mechanical device at everywhere on a line along which a unidirectional zipper and a completed zipper are transferred without having a separate electrical power generating device. Accordingly, the hybrid-type zipper contaminant cleaner module can improve installing properties and compatibility by 70%. Contaminants on a unidirectional zipper and a completed zipper can be removed in real time while being transferred through a first air suctioning effect and a second fabric cleaning effect, so a product defective rate can be reduced to 80%. Thus, good quality zipper products can be mass-produced.
