A vehicle anti-theft device comprises a Pedal Box made in two halves which are hinged together at 9. This enables the pedal box to be slid under the pedals 10, 11 in a vehicle and then closed, encasing a number of the pedals inside the pedal box. Any pedal 12 which is not encased is covered by a cover plate 5. A locking-pin 6 protrudes from the front of the box allowing a lock to be fitted.
