FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development and operation of oil formations with different permeability zones in horizontal wells. Device for segregation of open hole of horizontal well into separate sections includes connected longitudinal-corrugated pipes with sealing elements closed along perimeter, upper and lower cylindrical sections, upper of which is equipped with sealed piston with retainer, and lower - nonexpansible bushing from below, into inner cavity of which is tightly fitted with possibility of moving a nipple, equipped with a valve and connected from above hollow rod with piston. Between upper and lower longitudinal-corrugated pipes, extensible to working size by internal pressure, is tightly placed a bushing with inner longitudinal hole, consisting of a larger upper and lower cylindrical sections. Upper piston is installed in upper cylindrical section with support in narrowing of upper longitudinal corrugated pipe to move downwards with tie rod after expansion of this pipe to working diameter. Lower bushing below nipple is equipped with side holes and lower hollow support to interact with a nipple when it is moved down together with tie rod and piston and opening side holes. Rod is equipped with a plunger installed in larger orifice of bushing cylindrical section and made with possibility of tightly entering smaller cylinder orifice of bushing with downward movement together with tie rod and piston. In thrust between plunger and nipple there are side channels.EFFECT: preventing accident rate in installation of device in a horizontal well and isolation of open hole of horizontal well into individual sections.1 cl, 3 dwg |
