The present invention relates to a group sale system of goods or service for sharing a lowest selling price in a purchaser group and a group sale method thereof. A group sale method of the present invention includes: a step in which a group sale server receives a group sale request as to goods or services of a seller, and announces an initial selling price; a step in which the group sale server receives a purchase request of a purchaser terminal as to the goods or the services and registers the purchaser terminal in the purchaser group; a step in which the group sale server rejects the goods or the services not sold until a previously established unit variation time has passed; a step in which the group sale server discounts the selling price of the rejected goods or services as much as a previously established variation price and announces the discounted selling price again; a step in which the group sale server determines a lowest price among purchase prices of the purchaser terminal included in the same purchaser group as a group selling price, when a group sale ending event occurs; and a step in which the group sale server discounts the purchase price again so that the purchaser terminal registered in the purchaser group can purchase the goods or the services at the group selling price.
