CONSTITUTION:An information control center 24 calculates P0= transport cost + storage cost + treatment cost - recycle income + final disposal cost + proper business gain by receiving information such as the transport cost, storage cost, treatment cost, recycle income, final disposal cost and proper business gain from the collection to the final disposal of waste discharged from any specified discharge source 10 from the discharge source 10, collection base 12, repetition base 14, treatment plant 16, final disposal site 18, recycle trader 20 and transport trader 22 through an information network 30. Then, the charge of inward from the discharge source 10 is decided based on the P0. |
