<p>PURPOSE:To inhibit heat at the time of heat generation of a resistive element from transmitting to conductive caps by a method wherein ceramic particles are made to mix in an insulating film covering the exposed part of the element. CONSTITUTION:A film fixed resistor is constituted into a structure, wherein conductive caps 2 are respectively mounted on both end parts of a resistive element 1 formed by providing a resistance film on the surface of a porcelain base body and an insulating film 4 is provided in such a way as to cover the exposed part of the element 1, and this film 4 contain ceramic particles. Thereby, the amount of heat conduction to the film 4 at the time of heat generation of the element 1 is increased and the amount of heat dissipation from the surface of the film 4 into the air is increased, whereby the amount of conduction of heat to a mounting substrate is reduced and it becomes possible to eliminate a thermal effect to other electronic components on the mounting substrate.</p> |
