FIELD: sports.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to gym complex for development of coordination of movements and vestibular stability in kinds of sport with complex coordination and method of its application during training of sportsmen of different level and is aimed at development, improvment and fixation of motor skills in complex coordination sports, such as acrobatics, gymnastics and art, skating, ski acrobatic subject, dance classes, ballet, all types of martial arts, biathlon, hockey etc.; technical result of the proposed invention consists in the fitness complex for development of coordination of movements and vestibular stability in kinds of sport with complex coordination as well as method of its application, characterised by presence of electromechanical unit of rotary support horizontal platform (SHP), including frame, reversible motor, electric motor control unit, rotation drive shaft with support bearings, pulley, belt drive, at least two electromagnetic couplings, at least two versatile overrunning clutches, vertical u-shaped structure representing a collapsible metal frame attaching a rope, and device of horizontal rotation (HRD), electromechanical assembly of rope, including reversible motor, electric motor control unit, flexible rope drive, rope rotation drive shaft with support bearings, pulley, belt drive, at least two detachable ropes with versatile overrunning clutches; electromechanical device of horizontal rotation assembly, which includes detachable platform with belts on axis (HRD), reversible motor, electric motor control unit, HRD rotation drive shaft with support bearings, pulley, belt drive, at least two electromagnetic couplings, at least two versatile overrunning clutches; electromechanical vibration unit including motor, creating vibration, electric motor control unit, creating vibration, and drive, remote controller enabling switching direction of rotation with rotation speed controller, computer with wireless sensors, devices for measuring physiological state of a sportsman.EFFECT: proposed invention consists in eliminating the said shortcomings: most completely, efficiently and safely implementing methods of preparing sportsmen for many complex coordination sports and training all athletes, right-handers and left-handers both, enables sportsmen to improve complex motor skills, rotating in vertical axis, and in horizontal axis, makes it possible to improve complex motion in free position, makes it possible to train in different positions (sitting, lying on his/her back, on a stomach, on one side, etc), effectively increasing level of load and train all athletes irrespective of their functional state, enables trainers with possibility to make accurate analysis of sportsmen condition, process control and programming of load level required for improving the complex motor skills, makes it possible to considerably reduce the probability of overloads and excluding the probability of injuries at high physical and vestibular loads.14 cl, 2 dwg |
