<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the small sized and practical electronic blackboard by making the black board up of a 2-dimension image sensor and a write enable transparent sheet provided closely to a front side of the sensor so as to eliminate the need for a drive section having been required for the use of a linear image sensor. CONSTITUTION:The electronic blackboard is formed by fixing closely a write enable transparent sheet 1 to a front side of a 2-dimension image sensor 2. That is, the electronic blackboard is made up of the 2-dimension image sensor 2 on which picture elements are arranged in 2-dimension to the front side of which the write enable transparent sheet 1 is provided. A sensor in which an optical conductive layer is sandwiched between lots of parallel electrodes and lots of transparent parallel electrodes in crossing with the parallel electrodes is adopted practically for the 2-dimension image sensor 2. Either of an organic conductor and an inorganic optical conductor is used for the optical conductive layer, but the organic optical conductor is preferably employed, in which the uniform optical conductive layer with a large area is comparatively and easily formed, the dark conductivity is low and the S/N is high.</p> |
