<p>PURPOSE:To improve yield and reliability of the liquid crystal display panel of an active system having MIM elements. CONSTITUTION:In this liquid crystal display panel and its production, a signal electrode 13 and a leader electrode 31 are coupled capacitively through an insulation body 25 and the thickness of an insulating film in a capacitance coupling area is made thinner than that in a MIM element area. Thus, the generation of wiring flaws is suppressed since inputs to MIM elements are made uniform and supplied stably.</p> |
