<p>PURPOSE:To make quick deelectrification through moving the electrostatic charges on a base board and a cassette therefore quickly to the ground side, simplify the device in the process of manufacturing the base board, and reduce the equipment cost. CONSTITUTION:The first electroconductive members 4a, 4a are applied as covering to the inside of that open face 2 of a cassette for base board which is a part to be in contact with the base board 1, while the second electroconductive members 6a, 6a are applied as covering to grips 6, 6 which the operator is to grip. These first and second members 4a, 4a and 6a, 6a are connected so that an electroconductive line 7 is formed.</p> |
