<p>PURPOSE:To provide a composite electronic part that hardly deteriorates in electric characteristics, by improving junctional characteristics and preventing mutual diffusion between a dielectric ceramic part made of Pb-based dielectric material and a magnetic ceramic part made of Ni-Zn-based ferrite material that are sintered in a body. CONSTITUTION:In a composite electronic part 10, inner electrodes 14a and 14b that constitute part of a capacitor are provided in a dielectric ceramic part 12. The dielectric ceramic part 12 is joined to a magnetic ceramic part 18 made of Ni-Zn-based ferrite material with an intermediate layer 16 made of Pb-Ni-Fe-based ceramic material in between. An inner electrode of an inductor is formed in the magnetic ceramic part 18. A plurality of outer electrodes are provided at each end of the dielectric ceramic part 12, the intermediate layer 16, and the magnetic ceramic part 18, while each outer electrode is connected to the given inner electrode.</p> |
