<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a data transmission circuit which can reduce load that makes a data input buffer have to drive. CONSTITUTION: A complementary binary signal pair DIN which is sent from a data input buffer to input lines 11 and 12 is transmitted to trunk lines 31 and 32 through transmission transistors M1 and M2 and is impressed to gates of output line ground transistors M7 and M12 . Output lines 13 and 14 are connected to drains of these transistors M7 and M12 . When a transmission control signalϕWDT shows transmission, the transmission transistors M1 and H2 are turned ON, and trunk line ground transistors M4 and M9 which ground the trunk lines 31 and 32 and output line pull-up transistors M16 and M17 which charge the output lines 13 and 14 are turned OFF. On the other hand, when the signalϕWDT does not show the transmission, the transmission transistors M1 and M2 are turned OFF and the ground transistors M and M9 and the pull-up transistors M16 and M17 are turned ON.</p> |
