VEHICLE SIMULATION DEVICE

PURPOSE: To obtain a simulation device capable of easily improving a sense of reality by forming a delay between the objective direction of a simulated vehicle and the direction of a visual image practically applied to an operator. CONSTITUTION: The vehicle simulation device provided with a controller 10 to be operated by an operator and a means 14 for maintaining the objective direction of a simulated vehicle in response to the controller 10 includes also a delay means 16 for delaying the objective direction of the simulated vehicle and sending the delayed contents to a visual image display means. The means 16 provides the details of a race track driving a vehicle or a simulator environment to a display means 22 through a display generator 18 connected to a location model 20. The model 20 is connected to the means 16 to provide a prescribed course at a sharp corner.
