PURPOSE:To secure the normal feeding of power to a device even if the number of electrodes is increased by protrusively providing the arcuate power feeder electrodes connecting an upper electrode to a tube detachably connected to a cooling vessel in its sealed condition, with respective shifts in the axial direction of the tube, and providing the arcuate power receiver electrodes corresponding to and coming in contact with the respective feeder electrodes to a lower pedestal. CONSTITUTION:Arcuate power feeder electrodes 13 connecting an upper electrode 12 are protrusively provided to a guide tube 11 made of an insulating material respectively at specified pitches in the axial direction thereof, and then the tube 11 is inserted into a cooler 1 through its through hole via a sealing mechanism 2. When the tube 11 is inserted and pushed into an opening in a lower pedestal 20 until it is hit against a plug 23, the feeder electrodes 13 are brought into contact with respective power receiver electrodes 21 provided to the pedestal 20 to establish a condition enabling the feeding of power. In this condition, a coolant is entered into the tube 11 from its lower portion, cools heating connecting wires to be led upward and discharged from a discharge portion 15. When the feeding of power is completed, the tube 11 along with the sealing mechanism 2 is drawn out of the pedestal 20 and a shutoff flange is then fixed to the flange 3 of the sealing mechanism 2 so that the flange 3 may be sealed. This can decrease the consumption of the expensive coolant to secure the normal feeding of power even if the tube 11 is slightly rotated. |
