The invention relates to a device for the motor drive of a condensation-type laundry dryer with rotary drum by means of a single motor and a single belt. The motor drive is obtained by means of a belt (10) in direct engagement with one of the ends of the shaft (14) of a motor (9), whilst the ventilating (5) and cooling (7) turbines are both coupled to the other end of the shaft (14) of the said motor (9).
