PURPOSE:To automate the process management or control of production facilities in a simplified system by unitarily controlling it by collecting required data from the production facilities at real time and performing the sum-up of a production amount, the display of an operating state, the display of an alarm and the display of temporary stop while considering majority provision according to conditions set to a condition table in the process control system for controlling the processes of production facilities. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with information acquisition processing 14 for acquiring production information data from the production facilities and preserving them corresponding to the date and time, production amount calculation processing 15 for calculating the production amount based on the preserved production information data, and finish processing 16 for summing up the production amount by adding amounts (daily amount or monthly amount) based on the preserved production information data. Then, the production information data from the production facilities are preserved corresponding to the date and time, the production amount is calculated, outputted and finished based on these preserved production information data, and the production amounts are summed up and outputted. |
