PURPOSE:To improve the operational trouble for the time measurement of work factor by calculating the standard work time of each work factor based on a time code written in a recording medium photographed with real work by video camera. CONSTITUTION:Workers 2a and 2b having standard work ability are arranged along a production line 1, and the real work is executed by putting one work 9 on a pallet 10. The work 9 of this real work is photographed by tracking it by a video camera 11. At the time of this photographing, the time code and frame number of the recorded picture are recorded together with a video signal in a magnetic tape. By operating a computer for editing while reproducing this magnetic tape, the time codes for starting and ending the processing of each work factor in a process, video signal required for executing each work factor and the frame number are written in the designated area of a memory while making them correspondent one and another. A work station calculates the standard work time of each work factor by extracting required information from the memory. |
