PURPOSE:To provide the text input device of the electronic musical instrument which can easily and speedily input the text of music as to the text input device of an electronic musical instrument which enables the text of music to be inputted from a keyboard, a console panel, etc. CONSTITUTION:This electronic musical instrument has a storage means 120 which stores text data, a generating means 10 which generates a sound generation parameter corresponding to the text data read out of the storage means 120, and a sound source 17 which generates a sound with a specific timbre and a pitch corresponding to the sound generation parameter generated by the generating means 10 and can generate a specific singing voice by reading the text data out of the storage means 120 in order, converts the data into the sound generation parameter, and sending it to the sound source; and this electronic musical instrument is equipped with input means 14 and 16 for storing the test data in the storage means 120. |
