PURPOSE:To employ a system capable of issuing or executing a processing request in the same ratio by each plotter when joint plotting is performed by using plural plotters operated at different speed. CONSTITUTION:An excess processing request addressed to another plotter 1b operated at slow speed relatively is stored in the transmission information holding table 21 of a first plotter 1a transiently. Since a control value in accordance with the number of storage of the processing request is set on a velocity control table 22 in advance, the frequency of issuance of the processing request from its own plotter can be suppressed by referring to the control value. Communication control equipment 30 accepts the processing requests from another plotters 1b, 1c at need, and an image plotter 40 executes plotting processing.
