<p>PURPOSE:To well correct the defective parts (decolored parts) of a color filter substrate and to efficiently correct these parts without the request for much skill in operation. CONSTITUTION:The color filter substrate 3 is placed on an X-Y table 2. A colored photosensitive dry film 7 from a supply reel 9 to a take-up reel 10 is arranged in the state of opposing this film to the color filter substrate by guide rollers 11, 12. A first press-contacting unit 14 having an elastic member 13c heated by a heater 14b is disposed below the color filter substrate 3 and a second press-contacting unit 15 having a bobbin-shaped elastic member 15 heated by a heater 15b is disposed above the colored photosensitive dry film 7. Both press-contacting units 14, 15 are extended and the colored photosensitive dry film 7 is brought into pressurized contact under heating with the defective part (decolored part) 3c of the color filter substrate 3 by both elastic members 14c, 15c and is rapidly cooled by a cooling gas from a cooling gas nozzle 16a.</p> |
