PURPOSE:To appropriately adjust the transmitting timing of burst data in each peripheral station without operating a complicate procedure such as the timing measurement of the burst data at a central station, and adding a complicate hard constitution to the central station. CONSTITUTION:A time Ta from the generation of the burst data to reception is measured by a timer circuit 3-7. This measured time Ta is compared with a preliminarily set reference time Tb by a comparator 3-8. When the measured time Ta is larger (smaller) than the reference time Tb, a delay control signal is transmitted to a burst timing adjusting circuit 3-2, and the transmitting timing of the burst data is advanced (delayed). Thus, the burst positions of the entire peripheral stations can be matched with each other on a satellite 2, and the reaching time of data to a central station 1 can be made the same. |
