PURPOSE:To easily and surely command transmission of an electronic mail only with addition of a keyword of a destination independently of number of destinations by extracting a network in compliance with a client from a database and sending a transmission document together with information of the network. CONSTITUTION:Information relating to each client connecting in advance to a network is registered in a 1st storage device 2 as a database. A keyword relating to a transmission destination is added to a name of a document desired to be sent. Only the keyword is extracted from a content commanded as the transmission destination. A database in a 2nd storage device 3 is retrieved based thereon and clients whose keyword is the same and registered are all picked up as transmission destinations. The names of the clients are listed up on a display screen of a display device 4. A destination to which a document is desired to be sent actually is selected among destination candidates by using an entry device 5. With respect to all transmission destinations selected, corresponding network IDs are extracted from the database in the 2nd storage device 3.
