PURPOSE: To provide an optoelectronics device optimum for rapid communication to be easily fitted to a printed wiring board, etc., in a compact arrangement. CONSTITUTION: A module 1 with a semiconductor diode laser 3 internally enclosed is contained in a box 20. At least on line of the second conductors 22 insulated and penetrated are provided at least on one side 21 of the box 20 having an opening 23 leading out a glass fiber 7 from the box 20. Furthermore, the box 20 fixing the module 1 inside the box 20 is provided with electrically connecting means 30, 40 of the first conductor 5 to the second conductor 22. |
