PURPOSE:To easily supply not only warm and cool air but also fresh outside air by effectively installing air conditioners in spaces between floors of a multiple-story building. CONSTITUTION:An air supply port 2 and a ventilation port 3 are respectively provided at the upper and lower parts of the front of an apparatus body and an exhaust port and an outside air intake 5 is provided on the other side. The ventilation port 3 and the exhaust port, and the outside air intake 5 and the air supply port 2 respectively communicate with each other through air passages 6a and 6b, and an outside air introducing chamber A, a ventilation chamber B, an exhaust chamber C, an air supply chamber D and a heat exchange chamber E are formed to accommodate a ventilation fan 7, an air supply fan, cool and warm water heat exchange coils 9 and 10, a drain pan 11, a humidifier 12 and a filter 13. A total heat exchanger 15 and an outside are bypass damper F ate installed between the air passages 6a and 6b. In addition, route of the air flowing through the apparatus body can be freely changed to desired one among routes for ventilation operation, total cooling operation by the outside air, etc. by operating the damper F. Especially, the air supply port 2 and the ventilation port 3 are respectively provided with ducts 16 and 17 which form a U-shape, and a ceiling is located between the fork of the U-shaped connection pipe. |
