PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a graphic system which employs graphics standardized specifications PEX by performing high-speed drawing in a local case wherein a client and a server operate on the same machine and also changing a structure and a graphics attribute without being conscious of discrimination between the local and remote cases. CONSTITUTION:A low-order graphics library 130 calls a function in a geometry process library 140 through a path 13 at the time of a drawing command in the local case, and sends data to a remote access process library 150 by communication through a path 11 at the time of a GC control command and a structure relative command. Then one current GC table 1801 and a structure 161 are provided.
