PURPOSE:To provide a sentence analytic system which efficiently selects the analytic result of the highest evaluation in the whole analytic system. CONSTITUTION:The system executes the meaning analysis and the contax analysis of an input sentence not stepwisely but simultaneously within one module (a meaning/contex analyzing and total evaluation device 3). The evaluation device 3 receives a syntax analytic result given an evaluation point from the view point of syntactical knowledge (an AND-OR graph G1 with a syntactically evaluating point) from a syntax analytic system (a syntax analyzer 1 and an OR choice list preparing device 2), gives evaluation points from the view points of meaning knowledge KN2 and contactical knowledge KN3 to the syntax analytic result, totally evaluates the analytic result and outputs the analytic result with the highest total evaluation point. |
