Appearance and the inside of a ceramic structure can be designed to have a desired shape by controlling number, size, and shape of a plurality of holes in the ceramic structure through a repeated process at high temperature and high pressure. According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of the ceramic structure comprises the following steps of: (a) synthesizing a starch mixture by mixing a starch powder and a polymer; (b) synthesizing a ceramic mixture by mixing a ceramic powder and a polymer; (c) generating holes by combining the starch mixture and the ceramic mixture at conditions of high temperature and high pressure; (d) controlling the size of the holes by repeating a high temperature and high pressure process on the starch mixture, and the ceramic mixture; (e) controlling the number of holes by repeating a high temperature and high pressure process on the starch mixture, and the ceramic mixture; and (f) controlling the shape of the holes by regularly or irregularly arranging a starch mixture, a ceramic mixture, and a combined product of starch mixture and ceramic mixture. |
