<p>PURPOSE:To provide a connector of a required diameter in a joint part whose height is higher than that of a base part in a manifold base and reduce a space in the height direction by mounting a solenoid for driving the valve body of a switching valve at an upward displacement from the underside of the switching valve. CONSTITUTION:A joint part 5 is attached to the front face of a base part 6 with an attaching screw 16 so as to form a manifold base 1. While, the valve body 20 of a main 18 in a switching valve 2 is mounted on the top face of the base part 5 and a pilot valve 19 is mounted on the top face of the joint part 5 respectively. Then the switching valve 2 is attached to the manifold base 1 by passing the attaching screw through a mounting hole of the valve body 20 and screwing it to a mounting base 6. At this time, the pilot valve 19 is displaced upward from the underside of the valve body 20 by a height nearly equal to the difference between respective hights of the joint part 5 and the base part 6. Thereby, the upper part of the joint part 5 is arranged in a space of formed by the displacement. Then, a valve body 23 of the valve main body 20 is driven by the solenoid 19 (a) of the pilot valve 19.</p> |
