PURPOSE:To protect a bearing of a coolant supplying apparatus and a shaft sealing mechanism by providing, with a cold fitting method, a cylindrical sleeve formed of a low temperature resistant and heat insulating material in view of insulating the rotating shaft from heat as a part of the rotary shaft structure. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical sleeve 14 is stably provided by the cold fitting within a rotary shaft 13 of a coolant supply/exhaust apparatus 11 and is integrally structured with the rotary shaft 13 so that a gas coolant 6 carried for exhaustion is guided by the cylindrical sleeve 14 made of a heat insulation material and is then exhausted from gas coolant exhaust holes 13a, 13b, 13c. As a result, the cylindrical sleeve 14 stably provided within the rotary shaft 13 controls low temperature of the rotary shaft 13 in relation to the heat insulation material, preventing change of a bearing 15 arranged at the external circumference of the rotary shaft, its lubricating agent and shaft sealing agent of the shaft sealing mechanism 16 to a low temperature in view of protecting performance and function thereof. |
