PURPOSE:To grasp the actual state of workers accurately and intuitively by making a graph display for each workers while setting respective predetermined working unit periods on the lateral axis and item data on plural selected salary items on the longitudinal axis. CONSTITUTION:Salary data are displayed as lists for the workers. Each list is a card image similar to a salary ledger which has the salary items longitudinally together with the staff numbers and names of the workers and Jan.-Dec. arrayed laterally. For example, a monthly graph display is made as a 'monthly graph by staffs' while having the workers set on the lateral axis and item data on plural salary items, selected among salary items, on the longitudinal axis. For example, normal overtime work, nighttime work, holiday work, and late-coming/early-leaving time are selected among attendance items and data of Sep. as to staff numbers 0100-0105 are displayed in a bar graph. Consequently, the partiality of overtime work time and whether the late-coming/early-leaving time is long or short can be compared intuitively among the workers. |
