PURPOSE: To detect specific microorganism by naked eye quickly and precisely by capturing microorganism from a sample with an antibody for specific microorganism, forming colony through its cultivation, contacting and attaching it to a colony transcription film, and subjecting the film to a specified processing. CONSTITUTION: A subject to be inspected is liquefied according to need and adjusted so as to suit the detecting method. A solid base material formed by fixing a monoclonal or polyclonal antibody for specific microorganism is mixed with liquiefied sample, and the microorganism is fixed to the solid base material while the remaining sample is washed away. Then the solid sample is placed on a cultivating ground to propagate microorganism so that a colony is formed, which is contacted with a colony transcription film, and the colony and film are coupled together followed by a treatment with a fixing agent. The obtained film is treated and washed with a label peculiar to the applicable microorganism, or the first antibody unlabeled. In case the first antibody unlabeled is used, treatment and washing are conducted with the second antibody peculiar thereto. Thereby the first and the second antibody left uncoupling are removed. Then if any microorganism colony exists, is detected from existence or none of the first or second labeled antibody on the film. |
