PURPOSE:To enable such computation of a discrete allotted cost as to enable fair allotment of a heat source operation cost to each load-side unit in air- conditioning equipment of a central air-conditioning system. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of load-side units A, B,... are disposed on a circulation route through which a secondary refrigerant supplied from a heat-source- side unit X circulates and flow control valves EVa, EVb,... for regulating the flow rate of the refrigerant are interposed for them respectively. By a relative consumption computing means, a rated capacity of each of the load-side units A, B,... is multiplied by a discrete operation time and the flow ratio of the secondary refrigerant, so as to calculated a relative consumption of it. By an allotted cost computing means, then, the operation cost of the heat-source-side unit X is divided proportionally by the relative consumption of each of the load-side units A, B,... so as to compute an allotted cost.
