PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio relay unit capable of supporting to determine an installation position of the radio relay unit, and a radio communication system.SOLUTION: A radio relay unit 10 relays a communication between a master unit 40 and plural slave units 501. The radio relay unit 10 includes a notification section 13 that simultaneously reports a first communication level in the communication between the master unit 40 and the radio relay unit 10 and a second communication level in a communication between the slave unit 501 and the radio relay unit 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
