The invention relates to a device comprising everything that is necessary for writing: paper, board, and pencil or pen, all of which can be positioned on a table, a wall or a supermarket trolley. It consists of a body (1) containing a roll of paper which is unwound and passed through two slots. Hinged to this body (1) is a lever (2) which is permanently acted upon by a spring (6). This assembly, acting like a clip, grips the two parallel bars, one being the handle (15) and the other the bar (18) nearest to the trolley proper. It can also be fixed to the wall by placing it in a support, or simply be laid on a table. <IMAGE>
