PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method for obtaining a coil segment constructing a stator coil and a forming device.SOLUTION: A first liner part 12 of a preformed body and a part of a turn part 16 (first portion) are sandwiched with a first bending top 60 and a second bending top 62. At the same time, a second liner part 14 of the preformed body 32 and a part of the turn part 16 (second portion) are sandwiched with a third bending top 64 and a forth bending top 66. Sequentially, the first bending top 60 to fourth bending top 66 are simultaneously rotated, a first bend part 18 is formed to the first portion, and a second bend part 20 is formed to the second portion. Thus, a coil segment 10 in which a crank part 22 including the first bend part 18 and the second bend part 20 is formed to the turn part 16 can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
