PURPOSE:To assemble a motor efficiently and at a low cost with a small number of man-hours by press-fitting a bearing member with a flange into the hole of an end plate through a stator center hole and at the same time performing the centering of the shaft of a rotor shaft, a rear lid, and a stator. CONSTITUTION:A center hole 6c is provided at a part 6b to be fixed of a stator 6 with a loose fitting dimensions for the diameter of a bearing 7. The center hole 6c is formed with a high degree of coaxial property for the body part of a vibrator 6a of the stator 6. A hole 8b provided at the fixed part of the stator 6 of a rear lid 8 is formed with a tight fitting dimension for the diameter of the bearing 7 to press-fit the bearing 7. A flange part 7b is provided at the bearing 7 and then the bearing 7 is inserted into the center hole 6c of the stator 6 without using screws and the is press-fit into the hole 8b of the rear lid 8, thus performing coaxial positioning and fixing of the stator 6. the rear lid 8, and the bearing 7. Hence, a motor can be assembled efficiently with a small number of man-hours and at a low cost. |
