<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the temperature dependency of an impedance and the thermal stability of the polymer temperature-sensor by a method wherein a composition in which cobalt or nickel iodide, a specific phosphorus ester-based compound and, in addition, one or more kinds out of naphtylamine and a hindered phenol-based heat-resistant stabilizer have been compounded with a polyamide is used as a temperature-sensor. CONSTITUTION:A temperature-sensor is formed mainly of a polyamide composition in which cobalt iodide or nickel iodide, a phosphorus ester-based compound at a phosphorus concentration of 3 to 20wt.% and at a molecular weight of 200 to 5000 and, in addition, a compound of one or more kinds out of naphthylamine and a hindered phenol-based heat-resistant stabilizer have been compounded with a polyamide. Then, the polymer temperature-sensing body 3 is arranged and installed between one pair of electrode wires 2, 4, and a temperature change in its physical property is detected by the electrode wires 2, 4. Thereby, the contact of the polymer temperature-sensor with the winding electrodes is made good, and the heat-resistant property of the temperature- sensor as a temperature sensor can be enhanced.</p> |
