The apparatus comprises a casing (2) permitting the positioning of a reel (3) for supplying cleaning material, a drum (4) receiving an articulated cutting blade and a means (6) for pressing and tensioning the paper, the pulled strip of paper bearing on the drum. The apparatus comprises a device (40) permitting the prior exit of the strip of paper with a view to its being gripped and pulled by the user, the said device which is profiled, monobloc and bent with two branches having a lever part (41) projecting outside the apparatus and an extension forming an arm (42) inside the apparatus ensuring partial rotation of the drum, the said arm having, at its front end, a toothed-sector shape and a ribbed shape in order to interact, respectively, with a rack (44) and an "S"-profiled cam (48) arranged on the shaft of the drum (4). <IMAGE> |
