<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to swiftly and easily match phase between electricity of an electric power company and that generated by a generator. CONSTITUTION:Until the number of rotations of a generator 17 at start up reaches a rated number of rotations corresponding to the frequency of electricity of an electric power company 34, number of rotations of the generator 17 is adjusted by gradually increasing the frequency of electricity fed by the electric power company 34 using an inverter 56 and feeding the generator 17 therewith. Power required for starting up a compressor 16 is provided through combustion gas 49 produced in an auxiliary combustor 21. After the compressor 16 and so on have achieved the rated number of rotations, phase is matched between electricity of the electric power company 34 and that generated by the generator 17 by adjusting the frequency of electricity fed from the inverter 56 to the generator 17, and thereby adjusting the number of rotations of the generator 17.</p> |
