PURPOSE:To provide a radio equipment and the data transmission method capable of optionally setting antenna power on a transmission side corresponding to the reception condition of radio waves, reducing transmission power and preventing the generation of noise. CONSTITUTION:Dummy data are transmitted at a minimum level at the time of starting transmission, the transmission data are received by a reception side equipment 2 and then errors are detected. Response data corresponding to the result are transmitted to a transmission side equipment 1, the data are transmitted by the transmission power as it is when the response data indicate that no error is present and the next higher transmission power is switched and the data are transmitted when the response data indicate that the error is present. The above-mentioned operations are performed until the response data indicate that no error is present, the minimum transmission power without generating the error is selected and normal data are transmitted by the selected transmission power. |
