PURPOSE:To enable the positioning of a board when the width size of the board has irregularity. CONSTITUTION:On the basis of clamping force data of a moval plate which data are stored in an ROM for a various kinds of boards 1 to be subjected to positioning, a CPU 67 changes the widths of a fixed block 22 and a slide block 29, and adjusts, via compression springs 33, the force of the fixed block 22 and the slide block 29 which clamps the board 1. |
