PURPOSE:To mount surface mount components and lead terminal components without errors, when patterns are shifted from through holes because of manufacturing problems. CONSTITUTION:Reference marks 7 which correspond with patterns 2 and serve as reference positions, and reference holes 8 which are positioned in the reference marks 7 and serve as reference positions while corresponding with through holes 3 are formed in the peripheral end parts of a printed board 1. By setting the printed board 1 in an automatic mounting machine, the reference marks 7 and the reference holes 8 are read, center coordinate values of them are calculated and stored in a memory. After that, hole coordinate values are read from the memory, and the printed board is moved until coincidence with the set coordinate values corresponding with the through holes is obtained. Thereby reference positioning of through holes is finished, and then a mounting process of surface mount components is performed. |
