A continuously variable variable-speed gear with a housing 20, an epicyclic gear train 11 and an electromagnetic clutch 12. The epicyclic gear train 11 has three power-output/input units, which comprise two shafts 13, 14 and a rotary arm 15, one of the power-output/-input units acting as a power-output unit, another, power-output/input unit acting as a power-input unit and another different power-output/input unit acting as a variable-speed gear unit. The electromagnetic clutch 12 has a first magnet group 21, which is mounted on the variable-speed gear unit, and a second magnet group 22, which is coupled to the first magnet group 21 and is mounted either on the power-input unit, the power-output unit or a mounting element on the housing 20 so as to regulate the speed ratio of the power-input unit to the power-output unit. <IMAGE>
