The embossed layer and cushion layer for notice board sheet is compress-fixed after manufacturing separately. By using the multilayer sheet, the advertisement or public information materials are attached to a board easily by adhesives, push pin, or bonding tape, and then the attached materials with a push pin can be maintained cleanly for a long time. For example, the surface sheet is consisted of PVC resin (DP=1,300), PVC resin (DP=1,000), plasticizer (DOP, DBP,DOA), epoxy type plasticizer, stabilizer, butyl stearate, pigment, flame- retardant, and UV adsorber.
