<p>Expansion device for the dilation of the cervical canal, comprising an element (2) and an actuation rod (7) which is connected to a cylindrical knob (14) screwed on a thread (15). The rod (7) comprises conical parts (8a, 8b) which are integral with it, and which push metal point elements (9a, 9b, 9c) outside the hollow body, in a radial direction, through slits (3a, 3b, 3c), cooperating with a conical element (10) which acts like a stop. The front ends (31) of the metal point elements (9a, 9b, 9c) which are introduced into the cervical canal, will move away from each other in a radial direction, thus causing a dilatation of the canal, starting from an initial diameter (D1) up to a final diameter (D2).</p> |
